Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 48 hours from delivery to contact us regarding a return or exchange.
Conditions:
• The item must be in unused condition with all original packaging.
• We will provide instructions for the return and cover the cost of return shipping.
• You can choose either a replacement or a full refund via your preferred method.
Please note: For custom-made items, returns are only accepted in the case of damage caused during shipping or a rare manufacturing defect (never encountered in our practice). Each item is inspected four times by our Quality Control team and confirmed with detailed photos and videos before dispatch.
